§ 40-174. SH-95: maximum speed limit areas to be 55 miles per hour.

The maximum prima facie speed limit shall be 55 miles per hour along the following distances on SH-95:
(1)

On SH-95 (northbound from milepoint 3.708 to north city limit (milepoint 2.983), a distance of 0.725 miles.

(2)

On SH-95 (southbound) from north city limit (milepoint 2.983) to milepoint 3.708, a distance of 0.725 miles.
