§ 40-173. SH-95: maximum speed limit areas to be 50 miles per hour.

The maximum prima facie speed limit shall be 50 miles per hour and along the following distances on SH-95:
(1)

On SH-95 (northbound) from beginning at U.S. 290 (milepoint 4.480) to milepoint 3.708, a distance of 0.772 miles.

(2)

On SH-95 (southbound) from milepoint 3.708 to U.S. 290 (milepoint 4.480), a distance of 0.772 miles.
