§ 40-175. U.S. 290: various speed limits.
(a)
For eastbound traffic:
(1)
Beginning at the west city limit at milepoint 18.318 to milepoint 0.900, a distance of 1.008 miles, a prima facie maximum speed limit of 60 miles per hour.
(2)
From milepoint 0.900 to the east city limit at milepoint 3.440, a distance of 2.540 miles, a prima facie maximum speed limit of 50 miles per hour.
(b)
For westbound traffic:
(1)
Beginning at the east city limit at milepoint 3.440 to milepoint 0.900 a distance of 2.540 miles, a prima facie maximum speed limit of 50 miles per hour.
(2)
From milepoint 0.900 to the west city limit at milepoint 18.318, a distance of 1.008 miles, a prima facie speed limit of 60 miles per hour.
