§ 2-161. Term.

(a)

The Main Street Advisory Board members' terms will be for three-year terms.

(b)

If a replacement member has not qualified upon the expiration of a member's term, then said member shall continue to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

(c)

Council shall appoint new members and members to fill vacancies for the unexpired terms of members resigning.
