§ 2-160. Established.

(a)

A Main Street Advisory Board consisting of nine voting members is hereby established.

(b)

The membership shall be as follows:

(1)

At least two owners of property within the downtown business district, or business owners within the downtown business district, or employees of a business within the downtown business district.

(2)

Members shall be appointed by the council.

(3)

Members shall serve without compensation.
