§ 2-159. Definitions.

For the purpose of this division, the following terms, phrases, words, and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein:

Director means the community development director and/or Main Street Director.

Downtown business district means the geographic area from Lexington Road to intersection of FM 1704 and Loop 109 including Meyers Sausage Company and from Avenue A to Avenue E.

Person means any person 18 years of age or older, or any firm, partnership, corporation, association, company or organization of any kind.
