§ 6-21. Amendments to International Residential Code.

The International Residential Code adopted in this article is amended by adding a new section 901.2, which shall read as follows:
Section 901.2, slope and pitch, the slope or pitch for all roofs on new residential structures within the city shall be a minimum of seven units vertical in twelve units horizontal (7:12). All other requirements of chapter 9, roof assemblies, shall be met.
