 Chapter 6. BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS
 Article II. BUILDING CODES

  § 6-22. Fire district established.

  • A fire district is hereby established within the city as follows:

    Beginning at a point in the north line of Brenham Street, (old Highway No. 20) where the said line intersects the west line of the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway right-of-way;

    Thence westward along the north line of Brenham Street to a point where said line intersects the east line of South Avenue C;

    Thence northward along the east line of South Avenue C to a point where said line intersects the north line of Austin Street;

    Thence westward along the north line of Austin Street to a point where said line intersects the east line of South Avenue B;

    Thence northward along the east line of South Avenue B to a point where said line intersects the south line of West 2nd Street;

    Thence eastward along the south line of West 2nd Street to a point where said line intersects the east line of North Avenue C;

    Thence northward along the east line of North Avenue C to a point where said line intersects the northwest corner of Block No. 55;

    Thence eastward along the north line of Block No. 55 to the northeast corner of said Block and continuing same direction to the west line of the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company right-of-way;

    Thence southward with said right-of-way line to the place of beginning.
