§ 40-536. Animals injured or killed by trains.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of every railroad company whose road enters this city, to remove without the city limits, any animal that may be killed by the trains of said company, or all animals that may die within the limits of this city from injuries inflicted by the trains of said company. Such removal shall be made within 24 hours after the killing or death of such animal.
