§ 40-535. Unlawful to obstruct crossings for more than ten minutes.

  • It shall be unlawful for any railroad engineer or conductor, or any person in charge of any railroad train, or part of a train, to permit trains, engines, or any detached cars to stand on any street crossing within this city longer than ten minutes.
