§ 40-535. Unlawful to obstruct crossings for more than ten minutes.

It shall be unlawful for any railroad engineer or conductor, or any person in charge of any railroad train, or part of a train, to permit trains, engines, or any detached cars to stand on any street crossing within this city longer than ten minutes.
