§ 2-130. Board of directors.

The city hospital authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of ten members. Each director shall, unless other provision is made in the bond resolution or trust indenture in connection with the issuance of bonds as provided in the state Hospital Authority Act, serve for a term of two years, and until their successors have been appointed by the city council and have duly qualified.
