§ 16-182. Designated smoking areas.

Smoking or the use of tobacco-related products will be permitted at the following facilities in the below-designated areas and at least 15 feet from any doorway:
(1)

City hall; in those open areas of the facilities.

(2)

Public works, maintenance, streets/sanitation, parks and recreation, and water/sewer operations; in those open areas of the facilities.

(3)

Utilities warehouses; in those open areas of the facilities.

(4)

Water/wastewater treatment plants; in those open areas of the facilities.
