§ 16-107. Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this article upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-15. Each day that any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. To the extent that any conduct prohibited under this article also constitutes an offense under state law, then it shall be punishable as provided by state law.
