§ 8-282. Established; maintained by chief of police.

The chief of police shall establish and maintain a towing rotation list, from which list tow trucks shall be picked to answer both collision and impound calls. Each permit holder who meets the qualifications herein shall be entitled to one place on said list. The names of the permit holders on the list shall be listed in alphabetical order.
