§ 8-104. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Pool or billiard table means any table surrounded by a ledge or cushion, with or without pockets, upon which balls are impelled by a stick or cue.
