§ 8-21. On-premises establishments to provide trash receptacles.

Latest version.

It shall hereafter be unlawful for the owner or operator of any establishment selling alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption to fail to provide proper receptacles for empty cans and cups and all other waste from said establishment. Same shall be kept in a sanitary manner at all times, and shall be kept in such a way as to prevent animals or people from disturbing such waste. The owner/operator of such establishment is responsible for the receptacles and area where they are kept at all times.
