§ 8-19. Permit or license fee.

The city shall levy and collect a fee equal to 50 percent of the state fee as collected from each premises permitted or licensed to sell alcoholic beverages by the state under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code. It shall be the duty of the city secretary to issue a receipt to each such person paying said license or permit fees.
