§ 6-220. Electrical inspector.

The building official or his designee is hereby designated as the electrical inspector, and shall hereafter have the duties of inspecting and granting permits for the installation of all electrical apparatus and electrical wiring within the city. He shall be well versed in the rules and requirements of the National Electrical Code as published by the National Fire Protection Association.
