§ 4-336. Chapter penalties.

Latest version.

It shall be a violation of the chapter to:
(1)

Fail to comply with any provision of this chapter;

(2)

Fail to comply with any lawful order of animal control, an animal control officer or police officer unless such order is lawfully stayed or reversed.
