§ 4-263. Supervisor.

The supervisor of animal control is hereby designated as the local health authority for the purposes of V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 826, Rabies Control Act of 1982, and shall be responsible for performing duties and responsibilities provided herein.
