The historic review board shall meet monthly at a regularly scheduled time, unless
no necessary business needs to be conducted. Special meetings may be called upon request
of the chairperson, or the vice-chairperson, or upon written request of four members,
or upon notice from the building official that a matter requires the consideration
of the board. All meetings shall have advance notice posted in accordance with the
Texas Open Meetings Law. Five members shall constitute a quorum and action taken at
a meeting shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present
and voting at such meeting.
