§ 46-748. Purpose.

  • (a)

    The city council of the city, recognizes the historical, cultural and aesthetic importance of certain buildings, structures or districts within the city.

    (b)

    The council desires to protect and preserve such landmarks and districts, and such protection and preservation is in the best interests of both historical preservation and the city's economic well-being.
