§ 46-511. All single- and two-family districts.

(a)

All single- and two-family dwellings shall have an area for two parking spaces on approved impervious driveway accessible to a public city approved and accepted street or alley. All single- or two-family dwellings having garages shall not be enclosed without first obtaining the required building permits and meeting all city ordinances effective July 31, 2011.

(b)

The minimum single-family dwelling size shall be 800 square feet of living area.

(c)

The minimum two-family dwelling size shall be 800 square feet for each living unit.
