§ 42-408. Enforcement.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of the mandatory water use restrictions which are formally initiated by the city and contained in the city water use management plan as adopted hereby shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the municipal court of the city, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500.00 for each offense, and each and every day any such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
