§ 42-225. Disconnection of water authorized upon failure to connect sewer.

Whenever any such owner or occupant, who shall have been required by the provisions in this division to connect his premises, either to the city sewer or to an approved septic tank system, shall fail or refuse to do so, and if such failure or refusal to so connect shall result in or contribute to a health hazard, the city may, upon giving notice to such owner or occupant, remove and disconnect water service to such premises and continue such disconnection until such health hazard shall have been corrected.
