§ 42-111. Enforcement.

A city utility meter reader or other designee of the city manager shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter pertaining to the unlawful tampering with water meters. Any violations regarding unlawful tampering with meters shall be a misdemeanor and punishable pursuant to section 1-15.
