§ 42-50. When water meters will be removed; reset charge.

Any customer who reconnects his water meter after service has been discontinued for nonpayment, will have his meter removed by the city. A reset charge which is on file in the city secretary's office will be added to outstanding bill. Total payment of bill, penalty and the reset charge will be received by the city before service will be resumed.
