§ 40-539. Failure to comply with article.

Whenever any railroad company shall fail to comply with the provisions of this article, after being notified to do so by the city manager, on behalf of the city council; it shall thereafter be unlawful for said company, its agents, or employees to run their locomotives or cars over that portion of the roadway within the city upon or along which required work is to be done. Upon notification of such fact, it shall be a misdemeanor for said company to continue to operate in violation of any provision of this article.
