§ 40-413. Violations and penalty.
Any person who shall:
(1)
Drive any vehicle described in section 40-409 upon or use in any manner the city streets without having first requested the escort and guidance of the city police department;
(2)
Fail or refuse to follow the route designated by the chief of police or his representative or who shall fail or refuse to follow or obey any other order by a city police officer pertaining to the speed and/or direction of such vehicle; or
(3)
Fail or refuse to pay the reasonable fee hereinabove provided upon request;
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with section 1-15.
