§ 40-165. Established speed limits to be obeyed.

No person shall operate or drive a motor vehicle or other vehicle upon the described streets at a greater speed than the speed designated for that street or portion of that street as set forth herein, and any speed in excess of the limits set forth in this division shall be prima facie evidence that such speed is neither reasonable nor prudent and is unlawful.
