§ 40-120. Failure to appear at requested hearing constitutes liability and penalty to be paid within ten days.

  • A person who files an appeal petition and fails to appear at the scheduled time and place of the hearing thereby admits liability and must pay the civil penalty specified by the judge within ten days after the scheduled date of the hearing at the address specified in the notice of violation.
