§ 38-46. Participation in appraisal district.

The city hereby provides for participation in the Bastrop County Central Appraisal District. The appraisal district shall be authorized to perform all appraisal and collection functions required under the State Property Tax Code. Property tax administration shall be in accordance with the State Property Tax Code, V.T.C.A., Tax Code § 1.01 et seq., subject to the local options permitted under said code as provided herein.
