§ 36-484. Filing fees.

(a)

The schedule of fees and charges shall be paid into the general fund of the city when any map or plat is tendered to the planning department, and each of the fees and charges shall be paid in advance, and no action of the city planning and zoning commission or any other board or any other agency shall be valid until the fee shall have been paid. The planning department shall calculate the fees and charges and they shall be on file in the city secretary's office.

Concept plans.

(2)

Preliminary plats and revised preliminary plats.

(3)

Final plats, revised final plats and amended final plats.

(b)

When only one plat is submitted as specified in section 36-31, the fees for a preliminary plat and a final plat shall apply.

(c)

The above fees shall be charged on all plats regardless of the action taken by the city planning and zoning commission.
