§ 36-143. Cash payment.

The city may require a cash payment b the developer in lieu of construction of a sidewalk if the city planning director determines that the sidewalk should not be built. The cash payment shall equal the cost of installing and construction the sidewalk. The developer shall make the cash payment prior to the acceptance of any subdivision improvements.
