§ 36-112. Drainage.

Adequate drainage shall be provided within the paved section or by swales to drain all lots to streets without drainage easements through lots where possible. The depth of swale shall be as required for drainage with a minimum longitudinal slope of one-half of one percent toward a street or drainage easement.
