§ 34-100. Building official to notify violators.

Where any such objects as mentioned in sections 34-97 and 34-98 and this section, may be found by the building official or reported to him, it shall be his duty to notify the owner of such objects to remove same immediately, and if such object is not removed immediately, it shall be the duty of the building official to file a complaint against the responsible persons or party.
