§ 32-136. Construction signs.

  • Construction signs are temporary signs announcing new buildings or projects, erected after the commencement of building construction or site development. Each construction site shall be limited to one construction sign not exceeding 20 square feet in area and eight feet in height, which shall be removed by the time a permanent sign is erected or a certificate of occupancy for the building is issued, whichever occurs first.
