§ 32-100. Generally.

  • The board of adjustment may grant variances for the following reasons:

    (1)

    To allow a setback for a sign that is less than the required setback.

    (2)

    To allow the area or height of a sign to be increased by up to 40 percent of the maximum height or area allowed.
