§ 32-77. Illegal signs.

The administrator may remove or order the removal of any sign not in conformance with the provisions of this chapter, at the expense of the sign owner or lessee, after the sign owner or lessee has been provided a ten-day written notice to remove sign, or cure any violation of this chapter.
