§ 2-213. Delegation of contract approval.

The city council hereby delegates to the city manager the general authority to contract for budgeted expenditures involving $25,000.00 or less unless such expenditure is not authorized by state law. All contracts involving more than $25,000.00 or more must be expressly approved by city council.
