§ 2-166. Meetings.

(a)

Regular meetings. The board shall meet a minimum of four times per year as determined by the board in a public place with public notice as prescribed by law.

(b)

Special meetings. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or by timely written request sent to the chairperson or vice-chairperson by three members of the board.

(c)

Open meetings. All meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
