§ 2-45. Adoption of Robert's Rules of Order.

Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, a copy of which is on file with the city secretary, is hereby adopted as the official rules of procedure for the city council. If any provision of Robert's Rules of Order conflicts with the city Charter, the Charter provisions shall prevail.
