§ 24-68. Discharge of firearms prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a peace officer acting in his official capacity, to discharge a firearm of any type within the city limits, other than at a sport shooting range. It shall also be unlawful to shoot any air rifle, spring gun or sling shot, or throw any stone or other missile upon or against any person or any house or any other public or private property, within the city limits.
